Reservations
All reservations are based on the nightly rates listed below. Contact us for specials to determine any discount based on the dates of your reservation.
Important: You can make your reservation by phone or email. A 2 night (or more) deposit is required to hold the reservation. The reservation is not held until the deposit is received. Cancellations must be made at least 60 days prior to the reservation for a full refund. A $25 cancelation fee will apply if the cancelation is made prior to the 60 days before the reservation.
Note: Rates are subject to change at any time. Once at rate and reservation have been established the rate will not change.
Rates
Nightly rate varies from $294 to $342 (peak -- Christmas and New Years). There are specials for off seasons, etc. So please email or call with dates and I can let you know.
Other Fees
Oregon has a 8% hotel/motel tax that applies to the rates above. Deschutes County Certificate of Authority: DCCA#611.
There is a cleaning fee (typically $85).
$45 refundable damage waiver OR $500 refundable security deposit.
Cancelation
Cancellation 60 days or less, prior to arrival will result in the loss of total deposit unless we can rebook the home/condo for the same dates at which point there will be a $35.00 cancellation/handling fee. Cancellation 61 days or more will result in a $35.00 cancellation/handling fee. Since the weather is beyond our control, we cannot give refunds due to the weather.
Maximum Number of Guests
#31 Red Cedar s registered with Deschutes County for a maximum occupancy of 12 guests.
Children under five years of age are not included in that number.
Pets
No cats are allowed. We welcome well-behaved pets who are house broken and over a year or two old - pass puppy stage. Pets must be approved in advance and are limited to two animals per reservation. We charge $10 a day for the 1st dog and $5 for the second. No more than two dogs are allowed.
Smoking
Many of our guests are inconvenienced by the smell of smoke – smoking is not allowed in the house or garage
You will be charged for our cost to remove smoke odor from the house if you smoke inside
Fire is always a hazard in the forest; dispose of cigarettes, cigars and ashes appropriately.
